SOME FLIGHTS ARE ALREADY FULL! If you do not see your flight as an option when registering, that means your flight is full. To get waitlisted: Print off the registration form and mail it in along with your check.
BEFORE REGISTERING PLEASE NOTE:
Please register in the level that you played Spring 2019. After placement has been finalized by the Placement Committee, you will be moved to the correct level as needed. If you and your partner play/played on different flight levels, you must register at the more advanced level.
TCD is moving toward accepting online registrations only. We are encouraging you to please register for the tournament online using the link provided on this page. However, you still have the option to pay by check along with mailing in the printable registration form (see link on this page). Don’t forget to provide your long sleeved dry-fit shirt sizes for you and your partner when registering!
The tournament fee is $50 per team ($25/person). If you have to cancel your team for any reason, please be aware that there are NO REFUNDS.
If the tournament is canceled due to inclement weather, the registration fees will be donated to a worthy charity selected by Tennis Competitors of Dallas. If one person needs to cancel, substitutions are allowed – please email me.
This tournament typically has over 1,000 members participating. On average we must play out of 23 or more approved TCD tennis facilities throughout the metroplex. We do not know in advance which levels will be assigned to which locations until a couple of weeks before the tournament. Please know that you may need to drive to the facility that is furthest from you. Please give consideration to any time constraints you may have on this day (i.e., carpool duties, an afternoon flight, etc.) before you commit to registering.
